Competitions

Soma Quartet has been active nationally in various competitions, including the Fischoff, Plowman, Coltman and North American Saxophone Alliance competitions.

Outreach

Soma frequently shares its music with the larger community, performing at venues such as retirement centers, coffee shops, public libraries, and the IU art museum to name a few. We enjoy reaching out to musically underserved populations, including working with younger students in various educational environments.

Education

Soma is passionate about inspiring the next generation of saxophonists through participation in local schools, and involvement with the Indiana University Summer Saxophone Academy.
